If you have a legal question or concern, or were recently issued a ticket, be sure to call your matched lawyer as soon as possible or use the LegalShield app to request help over the internet. The more time you spend waiting to call, the less available options that will be provided to you.

Once you get in contact with a LegalShield member, you will be asked to describe what you question or concern is. If you are already matched with a lawyer, an appointment will be set as quick as the next business day. If you are not matched with a local lawyer, LegalShield will match you with an attorney best suited for the situation.

Once you are in contact with your official attorney, you can discuss your questions and concerns in full depth. It is best to have all of your documents ready for reference, but it is best to only send in the documents to your attorney when it is asked, and in what format they think is necessary.

Any additional steps discussed with your matched lawyer should be taken to better protect you, your family, and those involved.
